Life Happens sometimes, and that’s okay! If changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. I do not have a limit on how late you can arrive to your appointment. However, arriving late will cut into your appointment time. If you are 20 minutes late and have not contacted me, you will be considered a no call, no show. No call, no shows will be expected to pay 100% of their service fee. If you need to cancel your appointment 24 hours before scheduled time, you will be expected to pay 50% of your service fee.
